All reservations require a deposit and 72 hour notice for cancellation. Below is a description of each of the properties which are currently available. Otter Rock Surf Shack: ONLY $75.00 per night! (Mar. 16th- Sept. 31)
(Winter rate = $50.00 per night! Oct. 1st - March 15th)
This private cozy little Otter Rock beach cabin has all the amenities, except a bathroom! The restroom is located about one block away. Guests will enjoy breath taking views of the Agate Beach lighthouse to the south, surfers right out front and the Otter Rock headland, including the Devil’s Punch Bowl to the north. Guests may walk to and from the waves and have access to the Otter Rock facilities at Otter Rock State Park (which include an outdoor shower and bathrooms) twenty four hours a day. The Otter Rock Surf Shack includes a queen sized futon sleeper bed, a twin sized futon chair, refrigerator and hot tub. There is also a fire pit and hammock on site. The Otter Rock Surf Shack sleeps 2 comfortably, extra guests may pitch tents or squeeze in for an additional $25 per person per night. Check out time is noon.
