Ossie’s shipping and return policies

Shipping Policy: Free shipping via UPS on orders over $100. Surfboards cannot be shipped UPS (too long).  A shipping fee of $100 will be added to ship a surfboard. If the actual shipping cost is under $100, we will refund your credit card for the difference. Ossies surf shop is not responsible for shipping damage, it is recommended that you buy insurance through the shipper to protect your purchase.

Return Policy: No refunds, we will gladly accept returns of un-used merchandise for store credit.  We will not accept returns of any used products.  Returns must be in original new shape with all the original packaging.  If you purchase used equipment it can not be returned.
