What are Xcel’s product warranties? Can I send my wetsuit/product in
to be repaired?
At Xcel we pride ourselves on the highest quality construction and fit. The following
warranties apply per product category, under normal recreational use and proper
care, on material and workmanship from the original purchase date.
Product Warranties Per Product Category:
Wetsuits:
• 1 YEAR on all seams
• 1 YEAR on neoprene
Lycra Products:
• 3 MONTHS
Boots, Gloves, Wake Vests, Hoods:
• 3 MONTHS
Self repair voids warranty. Xcel is the only party authorized to determine warranty
eligibility.
For Repairs: Return to nearest authorized dealer. If none, call
Xcel first for an RA# and shipping instructions. A dated proof of purchase receipt
will be required. Products under warranty will be repaired or replaced free of charge;
otherwise you will be contacted.
Care: Rinse with fresh water and hang to dry on a plastic or
wooden hanger in the shade; occasionally rinse in sudsy water.
